These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FluidFlow, an iOS app operated by SWH Alpha ("we", "us", "our"). By using FluidFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
FluidFlow turns your photos into AI-generated cinematic videos. You select 2-20 photos, our AI generates animated clips from them, and stitches everything into a cinematic video with music.
AI generation quality may vary. We do our best to deliver great results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every set of photos. That's the nature of AI.
You need an account to use FluidFlow. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If someone accesses your account because of something on your end, that's on you. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
FluidFlow offers the following plans:
Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you'll be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. We don't process refunds directly.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers. If you don't agree with the new pricing, you can cancel before it takes effect.
You own your outputs. The videos generated by FluidFlow from your photos belong to you. Use them however you like.

The "Made with FluidFlow" watermark on free tier videos is mandatory. Don't crop, blur, or remove it. If you want watermark-free videos, upgrade to a paid plan.
We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Photos you upload and videos you generate are stored temporarily on our cloud servers. Uploaded content is automatically deleted after 30 days. Download your videos before then. We're not responsible for content lost after this period.

Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We aim for high uptime, but FluidFlow may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
FluidFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWH Alpha's total liability for any claims arising from your use of FluidFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use FluidFlow ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
