Privacy Policy

FluidFlow is built by SWH Alpha. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. We wrote this to be readable, not to bury things in legalese.

What We Collect

Photos you select. When you create a video, the photos you choose (2-20) are uploaded to our cloud servers (Cloudflare R2) so our AI models can generate video clips from them. These are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Subscription and purchase data. If you subscribe or make a purchase, this is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive information about your subscription status (active, expired, plan type) but never see your payment details like credit card numbers.

Basic usage analytics. We collect anonymous app usage patterns — things like which features are used most and where users drop off. This contains no personally identifiable information. It helps us make FluidFlow better.

Device information. iOS version and device model, strictly for debugging crashes and compatibility issues.

How We Use Your Data

• Photos: Solely to generate AI videos you requested. Nothing else.
• Purchase data: To manage your subscription and unlock paid features.
• Analytics: To understand usage patterns and improve the app.
• Device info: To diagnose bugs and ensure compatibility.

Third-Party Services

FluidFlow uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Apple — App Store payments and subscriptions.
• RevenueCat — Subscription management and receipt validation.
• Cloudflare — Cloud storage (R2) for temporary photo/video hosting and API infrastructure (Workers).
• fal.ai — AI video generation.
• kie.ai — AI video generation.

Your photos are sent to AI providers (fal.ai and kie.ai) for video generation. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We chose providers that do not use your content for training their models.

Data Retention

Cloud data: Uploaded photos and generated video clips are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of creation.

Local data: Videos and project files stored on your device remain under your control. You can delete them at any time through the app or your device settings.

Content Ownership

You own the videos you create with FluidFlow. We claim no rights over your generated content. Use it however you like.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your personal data to anyone.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't use your photos for AI model training.
• We don't collect your contacts, location, or browsing history.

Content Guidelines

FluidFlow may not be used to generate NSFW, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Age Requirement

FluidFlow is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data from our servers.
• Opt out of analytics collection by contacting us.
• Export your data — your videos are already stored locally on your device.

For users in the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA), these rights are guaranteed by law. We honor them for all users regardless of location.

Security

Photos and videos are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud storage uses Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption at rest. We follow reasonable security practices for a company of our size.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app.
